- Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m/4,592ft) - Transfer to Hotel and Trek Preparation
- Day 2 Kathmandu-Lukla [2840 m/9320] - Phakding [2,652m/8,700ft]: 40 minutes flight, 3-4 hrs trek (time generally required to go from one destination to the other on the trail)
- Day 3 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) which takes about 5 to 6 hours at your pace.
- Day 4 Namche Bazaar: Rest day…hike to Everest view point
- Day 5 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Dole (4, 110m) 5-6 hours trek
- Day 6 Trek from Dole to Machhermo (4410m) we reckon this takes about 5 hours.
- Day 7 Trek from Machhermo to Gokyo (4, 800m) 4-5 hours trek
- Day 8 Second rest at Gokyo for acclimatization (4,800m) Explore the Gokyo valley.
- Day 9 Hike to Gokyo RI (5,330m) & trek to Thaknak (4,750m.) 6-7 hours
- Day 10 Trek from Thaknak to Cho-la Pass (5, 367m.) - Lobuche (4,950m.) 8-9 hours trek.
- Day 11 Trek to Gorakshep - Everest Base Camp (5,364m.) then return to Gorakshep (5,140m.) 6-7 hours trek.
- Day 12 Ascend to Kalapathar (5,545 m.) and return to Pheriche (4,280 m) 7-8 hours trek.
- Day 13 Trek from Pheriche to Tengboche (3, 440m) 5-6 hours trek
- Day 14 Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3,400m.) 5-6 hours trek
- Day 15 Trek from Namche bazaar to Lukla (2, 600m) 5-6 hours trek
- Day 16 Fly to Kathmandu/ Explore or free day in Kathmandu.

- Rob· May 12th, 2024Nepal & Tibet March 26-April 18 My husband and I, along with another couple traveled in Nepal and Tibet for three weeks. It was an amazing trip and we have Hari and Accessible Adventures to thank for this awesome trip. Hari and his staff arranged everything for us from transportation and accommodations to English speaking guides and porters for our trek. While there, we trekked Poon Hill and stayed in comfortable and clean tea houses. Our guide Avi was a wealth of information about the area we were trekking in and it was great to have porters do the heavy lifting for us. Our trip involved many different places. We started in Kathmandu, went through Bandipur on our way to Pokhara. We started our trek from there being lucky to have amazing weather. At the last minute before our trek we asked Hari if he could arrange a quick trip to Chitwan so we could see the national forest with its elephants and Asian rhinos. Hari was able to make the arrangements and we were lucky to see lots of wildlife as well as the rhino! The last part of our trip was a drive from Kathmandu to Lhasa, Tibet. Again Hari dealt with all of the logistics including getting us visas into the country, arranged all the transportation and for an English speaking Tibetan guide. It was truly the trip of a life time for us. All the details of the trip were planned out and everything went smoothly thanks to Hari and his staff at Accessible Adventures.
