Karen· March 5th, 2025I was surprised that I was the only one on this tour and I had both a guide and a driver. These guys were great, always on time and easy to work with. I chose this tour because of the itinerary but while it says where you will go you have to pay for any experience once you get there. It doesn't matter if it's a national park, a boat ride, or a museum. This runs into hundreds of dollars so bring cash because your credit card is almost useless. Once you get the price of the experience if you don't want to do it there's nothing else offered. Even if you pay for the national parks expect to see very few animals but it's great if you are a bird watcher. I know you can't guarantee what you will see in nature but this tour only covers a guide, transportation, and two meals a day.Show more

- SMSuzanne· January 5th, 2020It is a lot of fun and I saw everything I wanted to see. Bring a good camera because you see lots of birds and animals at the national parks you visit. I only had a cell phone camera and still captured great photos of elephants and a leopard. With a real camera I could have gotten some great photos of Sri Lankan birds, jackals, and better pictures of the leopard. We got really close to the elephants! I also went to a transit home for orphaned elephants which is recognized and assisted by Cologne Zoo in Germany. It was so cute to see the babies being fed and the tantrums when they couldn't get fed twice. I saw some beautiful landscapes at Siguriya as well. My guide Mr Chandala, was awesome. He really looked after me, and as I was travelling alone I was a little worried. I highly recommend this tour and this company! If you are travelling alone, don't worry, you will be safe and well looked after. The company checked in with me regularly to ensure I was happy.
