He made the trip especially successful. The hotels were all well presented and supportive as were their staff. The amenities were all useful. Communication pre trip was good, all details were sent through ahead of time and all questions were replied to very quickly. On arrival at the airport we were met by a driver and Aahil (tour manager) to start our adventures in Dehli. Every day we had great local tour guides in each city of the trip. The lunch spots picked out by TajTours were great, especially the first day in Dehli! At each table we were greeted with a bottle of ketchup … but for us it doesn’t quite go with curry ? We wanted to make a few additions to our itinerary throughout the week, which Aahil and our driver were more than happy to accommodate. Their flexibility with plans to work around us made us feel so welcome and at home. This included finding some amazing rooftop bars, with 360views of cities by night. We found the tour to be a great mix of traditional local culture & tourist hotspots/must-sees, which made the pace and focus interesting all week. There were opportunities for free time throughout the week, so easy for anyone to make use of if they have anything else they want to see! Overall we would highly recommend TajTours for any solo, couple or group looking to explore India. - RJRachel· February 20th, 2023We booked the tour thinking it would be a group of 10-12 people but it was a private tour for myself and my friend which gave us more time to explore, more freedom and a chance to get to know our guides better. The tour guides, itineraries and pace of the tour was great and the tour had a good balance of traditional culture and tourist hot spots. The itinerary allowed flexibility to add additional things into our days (henna, zip wire, shopping and trying different restaurants/cuisine for dinner) which added to the experience. Each of the tour guides have their own way of taking your pictures which will leave you with a good laugh and some amazing memories. Hotels were good (we picked the 3* option) and each one included breakfast. The lunch spots were good and the option was always a buffet so there’s something for everyone. This was m my first trip with a company who planned everything and I would definitely use Taj Tours again. We had no many days to spend in india and we decided to get in touch with some agencies to get their help in organizing our trip.
