Nairobi
You'll land at Nairobi International Airport and get picked up for the drive to Eka Hotel. Once you've checked in, the afternoon is open for you to settle in and use whatever facilities the hotel has available.

Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, you're heading into Kenya's highlands by driving down the Rift Escarpment on an old World War II route. Along the way you'll pass a chapel built by Italian prisoners, then the Longonot satellite station, moving through wheat and barley fields before reaching Zebra Plains Mara Camp around lunch. Your first game drive happens in the afternoon.

Maasai Mara National Reserve
Early breakfast sets you up for a morning game drive hunting for the Big Five and other wildlife. You'll head back to the lodge for lunch and a rest, then visit a Maasai village to learn about their way of life. An afternoon game drive as the sun sets wraps up the day before dinner.

Maasai Mara National Reserve to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast you're driving through Kenya's agricultural heartland with wheat and barley fields stretching out, passing through Narok and across the Great Rift Valley plains where giraffes and gazelles roam. The route takes you up the Mau Escarpment to Lake Nakuru by midday, where thousands of flamingos line the shimmering pink waters. Following lunch, an afternoon game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park lets you explore more of the area.

Lake Nakuru to Nairobi
You'll start early with breakfast before heading to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride to spot wildlife on the water and along the shore. From there you leave the Rift Valley and make your way back to Nairobi, where you'll be dropped at Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your flight out.
