Itinerary
- Day 1
Kilimanjaro to Arusha
You'll land at Kilimanjaro International Airport where your driver guide meets you for the transfer to Arusha. During the drive, they'll fill you in on the city and what to expect from the country while you head to your hotel to get settled in.
- Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Leave your Arusha hotel early and drive south to Tarangire National Park, pulling up to the lodge around noon. After lunch, you'll head out on an afternoon game drive through the 'Elephant Playground' where elephants, lions, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, wildebeest, and buffalo roam the plains, along with various antelope species and birds. Back at the lodge you'll have dinner and spend the evening resting.

Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast you'll grab a packed lunch and leave Tarangire early for a short drive to Lake Manyara. The morning involves walking and driving through the landscape, watching for wildlife on the plains and in the acacia woodlands, then heading down to the shores of the shallow alkaline lake. You'll return to your lodge in the afternoon for downtime and dinner.

Breakfast comes first, then you'll collect your lunch boxes and head out from Lake Manyara National Park. The drive takes you west and north toward the Serengeti, and you'll spend the day checking out this famous park. By evening you're back at your accommodation tired but energized, then dinner is served.

Serengeti National Park
You'll wake up to the sounds and atmosphere of Africa in the Serengeti. After breakfast, a full day of game driving starts with your driver guide explaining the changing light, landscape, and animals you spot throughout the park, one of the world's best places for wildlife watching.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro
An 08:00 morning game drive in the Serengeti gets your day started before you travel north toward Ngorongoro. After a picnic lunch, you'll drive east to the Ngorongoro Crater and check into your lodge. A hot dinner is ready for you, and tomorrow you'll explore this remarkable site.
