You'll board the ship at 6 p.m. and get settled into your cabin. There's a welcome cocktail where you'll meet the crew, followed by dinner on board. After that, the evening is yours to explore the city at your own pace.

Venice
This morning starts with a guided excursion. If you chose the classic package, you'll tour Saint Mark's Basilica and learn about its Byzantine architecture and religious significance. The discovery package takes you on a lagoon cruise to Mazzorbo, then through Burano to see the lacemaking traditions and colorful buildings before lunch. Both packages include a private boat trip to Murano to watch glassblowing demonstrations. The ship heads to Venice in the evening.

Venice Food Tour & Carnival
You'll join a guided food tour through Venice's less touristy neighborhoods, starting at the Rialto Market and moving through Cannaregio and Castelletto. The tour wraps up with wine tasting and Italian-style tapas at an osteria. Later, the ship cruises through the lagoon. You'll have the afternoon free to experience the Carnival of Venice on your own, and the evening is unscheduled.

Chioggia & Padua Excursion
The ship departs early this morning heading to Chioggia. In the afternoon, you'll take a guided tour of Padua's medieval center, seeing charming squares and palaces. You'll visit the Basilica of Saint Anthony and view his tomb. Then it's back to the ship in Venice for a festive gala dinner in the evening.
