- Day 1
Warsaw
You'll arrive in Warsaw this afternoon and head to your hotel to settle in. Spend the rest of the day however you like, whether that means taking a walk around the city, resting after your journey, or just relaxing at the hotel. Later this evening you'll meet your Travel Director and the other travelers for a chance to connect before the tour officially starts.

Warsaw
This morning you'll join a guided tour with a local specialist who'll walk you through Warsaw's main sights and tell you about how the city was rebuilt following World War II. It's a good way to get oriented and understand the city's history. After the tour finishes, the rest of your day is open, so you can wander around on your own, grab lunch somewhere interesting, or check out whatever catches your attention.

Warsaw to Gdańsk
You'll head north through farmland toward Gda\u0144sk, stopping along the way at a family-run organic farm. There you'll meet Marcin and have lunch with local cider and food made from what they grow. It's a casual, genuine experience before you continue to Gda\u0144sk and arrive in the evening. You'll have some time to walk through the Old Town and see what's around once you get there.

Gdańsk
Start the morning with a guided tour of Gda\u0144sk's Old Town, then visit the European Solidarity Centre to learn about Poland's trade union movement and civil resistance. After that, the afternoon and evening are yours. You might spend time looking at the architecture along the Long Market, walk through the Old Town more thoroughly, or find your way to the Golden Gate. There's plenty to see at your own speed.

Gdańsk to Toruń to Wrocław
Your local specialist will show you around Torun, pointing out the Leaning Tower and the house where astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus was born, along with other important spots. Then you'll drive south to Wroc\u0142aw, which used to be the European Capital of Culture. Dinner will be waiting for you at your hotel once you arrive and check in.

You'll also see the Baroque Aula Leopoldina at the university. Later you'll visit the oldest confectionery in the city, a traditional bakery where they make handmade Polish doughnuts the traditional way.

Wrocław to Auschwitz to Zakopane
Today you'll travel to Auschwitz, the former concentration camp, which is a serious and important part of understanding Poland's history. Afterward you'll head toward the Carpathian Mountains and arrive in Zakopane, where you'll stay at Hotel Nosalowy Dw\u00f3r. The hotel sits next to the Tatra Mountains and borders Tatra National Park, so you'll be in a really beautiful mountain setting.

If you want to do something more structured, there are optional activities available to help you see more of the area, but the day is essentially yours to plan.

You'll travel to Krak\u00f3w and start with a tour led by your local specialist. Dinner is optional this evening, so you can either join others or find somewhere on your own.
