- Day 4 Dharapani(1943m)- Chame(2713m)5-6 hrs.
- Day 5 Chame To Pisang(3183m) (5-6hrs).
- Day 6 Pisang to Manang 5hrs. (3535m).
- Day 7 Manang Rest day Acclimatizing.
- Day 8 Manang to Yak Kharka or Ledar.
- Day 9 Ledar to Thorong-phedi(4540m) 3-4 hours.
- Day 10 Phedi(4420m) – Thorong Lapass(5416m)- Muktinath(3800m)7-9 hrs.
