Itinerary
- Day 1Corfu TownYou'll arrive in Corfu Town whenever works best for your travel plans. Your tour leader meets you at the hotel reception at 7pm to go over the week ahead, and there's an optional dinner if you're interested. If you get there earlier in the day, the Old Quarter above the port is worth checking out, with its two Venetian forts tucked into the narrow streets. - Day 2Corfu Town to AsprokavosStarting from Corfu Town, you'll drive south to Kavos to begin your first walk. The hike takes you to the southern tip of the island where you'll see the ruined Arkoudillas monastery, then down to Corfu's southernmost beach with its golden sand. From there, you'll head uphill through agricultural land via Spartera to reach your accommodation in Asprokavos. Included Activities- Guided walk to Arkoudillas monastery ruins

- Day 3Asprokavos to Santa BarbaraToday involves a longer walk crossing the southern part of the island from west to east and back again to the western coast. You'll follow a track around a peaceful lake where you might spot birds and turtles, then descend through olive groves to Lefkimmi. After that, you'll ascend to views of both coasts before heading down to Santa Barbara for the evening. Included Activities- Guided walk around peaceful lake

- Day 4Santa Barbara to ParamonasThis day follows a mostly level path along the beach through sand dunes lined with cedar trees. You'll cross a footbridge to Lake Korission, then follow tracks and roads to Paramonas, a small fishing hamlet sitting on the west coast. It's a more relaxed day compared to some of the others on the itinerary. - Meals

- Day 5Paramonas to BenitsesYou'll start this morning with breakfast overlooking the sea, then tackle a sharp climb over the coastal ridge with water and village views in all directions. The path descends through Vouniatades, crosses the Messongi River Valley via olive groves and heathland through Strongili. Later, you'll climb an old cobbled way to Komianata and then descend to the fishing village of Benitses. - Meals

- Day 6BenitsesA bus takes you from Benitses to Stavros to start today's walk. You'll follow a footpath skirting Agii Deka Mountain before making a sharp ascent to the summit, Corfu's second highest peak. There's time to rest at an abandoned monastery in a walled garden, then you'll descend on a cobbled mule path to the village. After that, continue to Sinarades to visit the Folk Museum, walk along undulating tracks with west coast views to Pelekas, and bus back to Benitses. - Day 7Benitses to LiapadesYou'll bus to Pelekas first, then walk with a half-hour descent to Myrtiotissa beach. The return involves a harsh ascent on gravel and concrete track for coastal views. From there, pass through Vatos village and walk through the Ropa river valley bordered by pastures and willows. An ascent to Giannades village follows, then you'll climb into olive-blanketed hills to reach Liapades ancient village. Included Activities- Guided descent to Myrtiotissa beach

- Day 8LiapadesToday is yours to spend however you like. Relax at Liapades Beach with its sand and shingle shoreline and cafes, or take the short walk to nearby Rovinia Beach if you're feeling active. It's a good day to rest your legs before the remaining walks. Optional Activities- Boat trip up west coast from Paleokastritsa to Ermones beach (€15; minimum 6 people required for trip to operate; weather dependent)
- Visit Paleokastritsa Monastery on spectacular promontory (approximately 2-hour walk or short water taxi ride at own cost)
- Explore Liapades and Rovinia beaches

- Day 9Liapades to Agios GeorgiosYou'll begin with a steep, difficult ascent to the old village of Lakones, which has some of Europe's best views from the top. After about a kilometre of road, you'll climb on an old cobbled footpath toward Vistonas, Makrades and Krini villages. In the afternoon, descend one of Greece's most remarkable footpaths, The Donkey Path, which zigzags down to the sweeping bay of Agios Georgios. Included Activities- Guided steep ascent to Lakones

- Day 10Agios Georgios to RodaAnother sharp climb takes you from Agios Georgios to Prinilas village to start the day. You'll descend to Pagi, then follow tracks and quiet roads through agricultural land alongside the Megapotamos River via Aspiotades. The route continues through sprawling villages of Agros and Agios Athanasios, past a convent to Rekini. A short bus ride gets you to your accommodation on the north coast. Included Activities- Guided sharp ascent to Prinilas village

- Day 11Roda to KalamiA local bus takes you back to Rekini to continue the Corfu Trail. You'll walk on unmade road to Valanio village, then follow tracks up a deep valley on a cobbled path to Sokraki, where there's time for a stop at the village square. The walk continues to Spartillas where a chartered bus takes you down to Kalami, a coastal village with character. - Meals

- Day 12KalamiYour bus transfer brings you back to Spartillas to begin today's mountain terrain walk. You'll immediately climb a steep mountain footpath up a gully to a fantastic viewpoint at Taxiarchis Chapel with fresco-covered walls. Further ascent takes you across the Karst Plateau under Pantokrator summit to the very top with views to Albanian mountains. The descent involves rough terrain through deserted Palia Perithia village where you'll stop for a taverna meal, then complete the final stretch of the Corfu Trail at the northernmost point. Included Activities- Guided steep mountain footpath ascent to Taxiarchis Chapel
- Visit Taxiarchis Chapel ruins with fresco-covered walls
- Cross Karst Plateau
- Ascent to Pantokrator summit (917 metres/3008 feet)

 Optional Activities- Additional 3 kilometre (1.8 mile) climb to summit (approximately 1 hour with additional 250 metres/820 feet ascent and descent)

- Day 13KalamiThis is a free day to rest and relax in the local area. You can do nothing at all if that's what you need, or stay active with optional walking routes if the energy level is there. Optional Activities- 15.5 kilometre (9.6 mile) round trip walk from Kalami to Mengoulas
- 12 kilometre (7.4 mile) walk through unspoiled Erimitis Peninsula to seaside village of Kassiopi

- Day 14Kalami to Corfu TownYou'll head back to Corfu Town's old port by bus this morning. In the afternoon, your tour leader leads a walking orientation tour covering the main points of interest in the Venetian town centre. Optional activities include a bus trip to Kanoni to explore archaeological sites and walk across the causeway to Vlacherna Church, or take a boat to Mouse Island. - Day 15Corfu TownYour tour ends at the hotel in Corfu Town. You'll depart whenever your schedule allows. If your flight is later in the day, luggage storage is available at the hotel so you can head out and explore before heading to the airport.
