It was good that we could contact the tour operator through Whatsapp when there were issues during the tour, for example, the drivers were late or did not appear for airport transfers. We did have serous problems when the tour guide spoke only Spanish during the day tour to the Falls (Argentina side). We could only seek help from other tourists, otherwise we were totally lost during the day trip. Besides, I was impolitely treated during the Great Adventure and this gave me a bad feeling of the trip, but I could not get any help from the tour guide because of the language problem????

Had a wonderful time in Buenos Aires and Iguaza. Micaela, my guide, contributed a great deal to this. She was pretty much available 24/7 to answer all my questions and give me advice on ways to fully immerse myself in the Argentinian culture. Furthermore, she was always happy to help and never made me feel as if I was being a burden. She is the standard from which guides should be measured. Micaela made me feel totally comfortable and welcome when traveling in Argentina. I absolutely recommend this trip and if possible request Micaela.
