Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll get picked up from central Delhi and head to your hotel to get settled. After that, it's time for a rickshaw ride through Old Delhi, weaving through Chandi Chowk's narrow streets and stopping at Kinari Bazar to see the wedding market goods. The 400-year-old Jama Masjid is next, then you'll walk through Khari Baoli spice market where the aromas hit you immediately. Red Fort comes next on your route. Before moving on, you'll see Mahatma Gandhi's cremation site, and then the afternoon shifts to New Delhi where India Gate, Parliament House, and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib temple complex are on your list. The day wraps up with a walk around New Delhi's central area for some shopping and to see the contrast between old and new.

- Day 2
Delhi to Agra
After breakfast, you're driving to Agra with a stop at Akshardham temple in Delhi's suburbs, one of the largest Hindu temples around. The drive continues to Agra where you'll meet a local guide for sightseeing at Agra Fort, a UNESCO site. Note that if your tour happens to fall on a Friday, the Taj Mahal visit gets moved to sunrise on day 3 instead since it closes on Fridays.

- Day 3
Agra to Jaipur
This morning starts at sunrise with the Taj Mahal if it wasn't visited on day 2 due to Friday closure. You'll head back to your hotel for breakfast, then stop at Abhaneri to check out one of India's largest step wells. From there, it's a drive to Jaipur, the pink city named after Maharaja Jai Singh. Once there, you'll explore the city and visit Galta Gi monkey temple located in the hills.

- Day 4
Jaipur
After breakfast, a local guide meets you for a full day of Jaipur sightseeing. Amber Fort Palace sits in the hills and you'll explore it, then move to the City Palace complex to see museum displays. Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory is next, followed by the Gaitor royal tombs. You'll stop for photos at Jal Mahal, the palace on the water, then head to Hawa Mahal with its 1000 small windows. The day finishes with shopping at Bapu Bazar market.

- Day 5
Jaipur to Pushkar
You're traveling to Pushkar, a holy town with over 500 temples. The main Temple of Brahma and a Sikh Gurudwara temple are first, then a cable car takes you up to Savitri Mata temple where the landscape views work great for photos. Pushkar Lake is next to explore, and you'll spend time walking around and soaking in the spiritual atmosphere. Shopping is available, and there's an optional camel ride at sunset if you want it.

Pushkar to Jodhpur
After an early breakfast, you'll check out and drive to Jodhpur, the blue city. When you arrive, you'll check into your hotel and then head out to see the major attractions: Mehrangarh Fort which is famous throughout the region, Umaid Bhawan Palace, and the royal tombs at Jaswad Thada.

Jodhpur to Udaipur
You'll check out after breakfast and drive to Ranakpur to see the unique architecture of the Jain temples with some free time to walk around. Then it's on to Udaipur, the city of lakes and considered the most beautiful city in Rajasthan. After checking into your hotel with Lake Pichola views, you'll explore the local market and Jagdish temple on foot. There's an optional folk dance performance at historic Bagore Ki Haveli if you're interested.

- Day 8
Udaipur
This full day starts with breakfast while overlooking the lake. You'll visit the City Palace complex with its museum displays, then travel up to Monsoon Palace on the hill for beautiful views of the city landscape. The Royal Queen gardens Saheliyon Ki Bari comes next, and then you'll take a boat ride on Lake Pichola to see the hills and Royal palaces. A ropeway ride to Karni Mata Temple ends the day with night views of Udaipur, Fateh Sagar Lake, and the Aravalli mountains.

Udaipur to Mumbai
After breakfast, you'll transfer to the airport for your flight to Mumbai. Once you land, you'll meet a representative and get transferred to your hotel. After refreshing, the Colaba district is your destination to experience British-era colonial charm with buildings like the Gateway of India, Mumbai University, Rajabai Clock Tower, Flora Fountain, and High Court. The iconic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus is next, followed by a walk along Marine Drive with its city skyline and sea views. Optionally, you can dine at the famous Leopold Cafe.

- Day 10
Mumbai
After breakfast, you'll head to Elephanta Island to see the Elephanta Caves with carvings, sculptures, and a temple to Lord Shiva from the 9th to 12th centuries. Then you visit Dhobi Ghat, the open-air laundry at Mahalaxmi railway station in southern Mumbai, where dhobis clean clothes and linens for hotels and hospitals. From there, you'll transfer to your hotel, airport, or another central location.
