Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Baku

    You'll meet your GuidedAzerbaijan representative at the airport with a welcoming sign and head to your hotel by car. They'll walk through what to expect during your tours and answer questions about the days ahead. You have round-the-clock support if anything comes up.

  2. Day 2

    Baku City Tour

    Starting after breakfast, you'll check out Baku's key spots beginning at Highland Park where you can see the Flame Towers and other landmarks from above. From there, walk through Martyrs' Lane down to the 40 Stairs, then spend time strolling Baku Boulevard past the Carpet Museum and Mini Venice. Next you'll wander the Old City's Double Gates, historic structures, Juma Mosque, and Maiden Tower. The Miniature Book Museum comes next, followed by Shirvanshahs' Palace. Finish with a walk down Nizami Street checking out shops and Fountain Square.

  3. Day 3

    Gobustan, Mud Volcanoes, and Fire Temple

    After your hotel pickup, head 56 km out to Gobustan Archaeological Monument to see the rock carvings and paintings from ancient times. You'll check out the museum first, then drive to Rock Mountain to walk through the petroglyphs. Next comes a Soviet Lada transfer to the Mud Volcanoes where you can explore for about 20 minutes and collect samples if you want. Then you'll stop at Fire Temple with its natural eternal flames from the 1700s, plus Bibiheybet Mosque and the historic 1846 oil well. End the day at Fire Mountain, where flames have burned naturally for centuries.

  4. Day 4

    Shamakhi and Lahij Village

    Leave early after breakfast and drive toward Shamakhi City, stopping at Diri Baba Mausoleum along the way. In Shamakhi you'll tour the Juma Mosque from 743 AD and 7 Gumbez royal graveyard. Continue northwest to Lahij Village where you can see traditional copper workshops and well-kept architecture. You'll pass by Nohur Lake before reaching your hotel in Qabala.

  5. Day 5

    Tufandagh Mountain Resort and Sheki

    After breakfast and checkout, head to Tufandagh Mountain Resort for a cable car ride up 1,609 meters with clear views (paragliding available for extra cost). Continue to Sheki where you'll tour the Khans' Palace built in 1762 and explore its unique construction. Check out the old Russian prison now used by local craftspeople and visit the Upper Caravanserai. Stop by Sheki Albanian Church in Kish Village before settling in for the day.

  6. Day 6

    Ganja and Goygol Lake

    After breakfast and checkout, drive to Ganja and visit Nizami Ganjavi's Mausoleum, then continue to Goygol at 1,500 meters altitude. On the route you'll see a house made of bottles and an old German settlement. Spend time at the blue lake, then head back to Baku.

  7. Day 7

    Guba and Khinalig Village

    Your driver picks you up after breakfast for the Guba-Khinalig tour. First you'll visit Qadim Quba carpet factory to watch traditional weaving, then drive north to Khinalig Village at 2,350 meters where locals invite you for tea and pastries in their homes. Later you'll see the Red Village with its Jewish community, including the synagogue and traditional bathhouse. Check out Qachrash forest before heading back to Baku.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
