- K· August 18th, 20243 stars does not adequately capture the experience. To be clear, our driver and 3/4 guides were 5 stars! Additionally, this is a rating of the tour company, NOT of the country of India, so the fact that we enjoyed the sights would be true of any company. However, the management of the company is a one star review. They were happy to take our money, but when we had problems with one guide and hotel, they were appalling. They made the driver and guides play intermediary while trying to dodge our calls and messages. They made us spend hours proving that we had actually ordered two beds instead of one, tried to say "twin bed" means two people in one bed (we had to send a screenshot of the dictionary?!), they basically accused us of lying about what happened on the bad day (said they talked to the bad guide and he told a different story, and they believed him), they blamed us for things going wrong, wasted our time asking us to prove it wasn't and then still refused to fix things even when it was clear it was their fault and responsibility, and when they finally offered some "compensation", they wanted to give us a free meal, but only at a place of their choosing. It was so bad that I considered leaving an overall one star review for this agency. I decided on 3 because Rahul, Ravi, Mohammad, and Giriraj were AMAZING people (driver and 3 good guides) and I want the company to know they are the ONLY reason this isn't a 1 star. However, it seems that the company doesn't care to invest in checking the quality of the guides or booking the accommodations they sell, so if you luck out and you get a good guide or helpful hotel concierge, then it can be a great experience, but no thanks to Raj Tour & Travel who don't care what happens to you after you land in India.Show moreTrip date: August 2024

The absolute best was our driver, Mr. Neeraj Kumar, always on time, always helpful, and a very safe driver. Most of our guides in the different towns we visited were very patient and very knowledgeable about the places (not to mention very good photografers!). The hotels were really nice and all of them were according to the 5 star standard we previously agreed. I really recommend this agency and my experience couldn’t be better.Show more

- Helen· October 7th, 2019I just got back from Delhi. I must say it was a wonderful tour organized by Raj tours I felt so comfortable although it was my first trip at that foreign land. The vehicle we traveled in is very comforble. Our driver, Neeraj has been very friendly and helpful throughout the journey. He provided a very good service & some info about the city/places as we traveled. For the tour, everything is well organized. I love all the places especially the City palace of udaipur. It was truly a joy to be there. Therefore, I would really like to thank Mr.shanu, our tour agent, who has arranged everything perfectly. Despite having a busy schedule, you took the time to meet up with us & treat us to a good lunch. Thank you once again. I would definitely recommend Raj tours to my family & friends.
