It would be better if you are train but not mandatory. We will have acclimatisation day along the trek.

It is great ideas to do Mardi Himal trek during the month of Nov which is best time. Yes, it is possible that you can book the hotel in Pokhara yourself. We are providing very simple trekkers lodge in Pokhara so the price is not that much reduce. But if you book this months we can give you some offer US$40 can be reduce.

As a multicultural country, Nepal respects people of all faiths, creeds and cultures and definitely expects the same from the visitors too. There are no such restrictions or limitations on your activities, except those considered illegal and immoral. That being said, public displays of affection are somewhat unacceptable in Nepal, and in order to feel comfortable and attract fewer stares, females may wish to wear long sleeves, especially in more remote areas.

As this is a group trekking adventure, everyone will eat together. Breakfasts and dinners will be provided at the guesthouse and lunch will be taken along on the trek. Breakfasts are included in Kathmandu and Pokhara, however, lunches and dinners will be left up to you. There will be plenty of opportunities to find good places to eat.

This tour runs on a twin sharing basis. Solo travellers will be roomed with a fellow group member of the same gender, and if this option is not available then you will have a room to yourself.
