Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll arrive at Kathmandu airport and get transferred to your hotel. This gives you time to settle in and get oriented to the city before things really get going.
- Day 2
Bhaktapur - Patan
After breakfast, the drive takes you to Bhaktapur where you'll walk through the medieval streets and see the wood-carved temples and pagodas. From there you continue on to Patan to check out the art and monuments from the old Malla period, then head back to Kathmandu by evening.

Kathmandu to Bandipur
You'll have breakfast and then drive out to Bandipur, a hill town with nice views of the surrounding landscape and Himalayan peaks. The resort check-in gives you the rest of the day to explore the charming village streets at your own pace.

Bandipur to Pokhara
After breakfast, the scenic drive takes you to Pokhara and you'll check into your hotel. Later in the afternoon, you can walk along the Fewa Lake side and get a feel for the town's location and water views.

Pokhara
Start early at Sarangkot to catch the sunrise over the mountain ranges. On the way back you'll stop at Bindabashini Temple, then trek up to Peace Stupa. During the day you'll also do some boating on Fewa Lake, see Davis Falls, and visit the Tibetan refugee camp before heading back to rest.

Pokhara to Lumbini
After breakfast you drive south to Lumbini, stopping at Palpa-Tansen en route. Once there, you'll see Maya Devi Temple, walk around Puskarni Pond where Queen Mayadevi bathed her infant son, check out the Asoka Pillar, and visit several Buddhist monasteries throughout the sacred site.

Lumbini to Royal Chitwan National Park
You'll drive to Royal Chitwan National Park and check in at your resort. After lunch, the jungle activities begin with a Tharu cultural program happening in the evening so you can learn about the local people and traditions.

Royal Chitwan National Park
This full day focuses on wildlife. A jeep safari takes you through the park looking for one-horned rhinos, different deer species, crocodiles, sloth bears, and if you're lucky, Bengal tigers. You'll also go canoeing and walk through the jungle to spot animals in their natural habitat.

Royal Chitwan National Park to Kathmandu
After breakfast you drive back to Kathmandu and settle into your hotel. The drive gives you a chance to reflect on the jungle experience before heading into the final days exploring the city.

Kathmandu Cultural Tour to Nagarkot
You'll spend the day seeing Kathmandu's major historical sites. This includes Durbar Square with its stone-paved streets and busy market, various temples with different architectural styles, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swayambhunath Stupa. By evening you'll drive to Nagarkot for your next stop.

Nagarkot to Kathmandu
Rise early to catch the sunrise from Nagarkot. After breakfast you drive back toward Kathmandu, passing through Thimi, an old Newari city where you can see traditional pottery and architecture along the way.
