    Overall a great experience! We had some issues with one of our hotels but was resolved and we were satisfied. Tour East guides in Bangkok and in Chiang Mai were phenomenal. Thanks for the great tour.

    The tour overall is what it says it is. The drivers were all very attentive and can miraculously find you in a large crowd. Our guide (Bam) was pleasant and informative. He made sure we had the plan for the day and were set for our evening activity. The communication was via messages at the hotel, while effective, had to just trust all would go as planned. Happily all did. We would have preferred to have confirmation numbers for our hotel and the fantasea show, as we were asked for them. But even without we had a great trip. Our main take away from the tour company is that just trust everything will happen and be where the message at the hotel says to be and it will work out. At least in our experience.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before November 16th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 16th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Tour East Thailand. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
