Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
Your tour representative meets you outside the arrival terminal and takes you to your hotel. You'll have time to check in and get settled after your flight.
- Day 2
Kathmandu
In the morning, you'll take a half day guided tour through Kathmandu's historical and spiritual sites, which are recognized as World Heritage Sites. Later, your trek leader will gather the group for a detailed briefing about the trek ahead and go over all the logistics you'll need to know.

- Day 3
Kathmandu to Phakding
You'll fly to Lukla early in the morning on a 35-minute scenic flight, then have breakfast and meet the crew. From there, the trail descends into the Dudh Koshi Valley, passing through Sherpa villages like Chauri Kharka, Cheplung, Thado Koshi and Ghat. You'll cross several suspension bridges, see prayer flags and mani walls, with views of Kusum Kanguru (6367m) in the distance. The day ends at Phakding.

- Day 4
Phakding to Namche Bazaar
You trek through the Dudh Koshi Valley, crossing suspension bridges several times as you pass villages including Tok Tok, Ghat, Benkar and Monjo. At Monjo, you enter Sagarmatha National Park. After that, you face a steep climb with a dramatic 50m+ suspension bridge over the river through pine forests before reaching Namche Bazaar, where Mount Everest comes into view for the first time.

- Day 5
Namche Bazaar Acclimatization Hike
This is an acclimatization day where you hike to the twin villages of Khunde (3840m) and Khumjung (3780m) via Syangboche Airport (3720m). Along the way, you can visit Sir Edmund Hillary's hospital and school. The views include Mount Everest (8848m), Lohtse (8516m) and Ama Dablam (6856m).

Namche Bazaar to Thyangboche
You trek on a well-maintained path through Kyangjuma, then drop to the river passing through Sanasa and Lausasa. At Phunki Tenga, you cross the river on a suspension bridge before climbing through Rhododendron forests to reach Thyangboche. This area offers panoramic views of Everest with Lohtse face, Ama Dablam (6856m), Khangtega (6685m) and the Kongde Range.

Thyangboche to Dingboche
Starting through Deboche on easy terrain, you cross the Dudh Koshi river again and then ascend to Pangboche, which has the region's oldest monastery. You continue through Somare and Hortse before descending into and out of a valley to reach Dingboche. Island Peak (6189m) appears in the north, adding to the views.

Dingboche Acclimatization Day
You have two options for this acclimatization day. You can climb the ridge of Nangkar Tshang for a couple hours to gain altitude and get better mountain views, or hike to Chukkung further into the valley. After that, enjoy a leisurely lunch and rest in the afternoon.

Dingboche to Lobuche
After a short climb, the trail gradually ascends through the morning. You cross a small river, then climb steeply to Thukla Pass (4830m), which is filled with memorials to mountaineers who died in the Khumbu region. An easier afternoon walk brings you to Lobuche.

Lobuche to Everest Base Camp
You start early on an undulating trail into the Khumbu Glacier. After exiting, you reach Gorakhshep (5180m) for a brief stop and lunch. From there, you re-enter the Khumbu Glacier and continue up to Everest Base Camp with close-up views of Nuptse (7861m), Pumori (7165m), Lingtren (6749m), Khumbutse (6665m), Changtse (7653m) and Lho La (6026m). Later, you trek back to Gorakhshep via the same glacier route.

- Day 11
Everest Base Camp to Lobuche via Kala Pattar
A steep 2-hour climb takes you to Kala Pattar, the trek's highest point, where you get a proper view of Mount Everest's southwest face. After you return to Gorakhshep, you trek back to Lobuche on the same route.

Landmarks Kala Pattar Mount Everest - Day 12
Lobuche to Thyangboche
You descend through the morning into the Pheriche valley. After a brief climb, you continue descending through Hortse, Somare and Pangboche, following the same path you took on the way up. The day ends at Thyangboche.

- Day 13
Thyangboche to Monjo
You continue the return trek towards Lukla on the previously travelled route. On the way down from Namche, you get a last look at Everest before heading down to the river. From there, you exit Sagarmatha National Park and descend to the village of Monjo.

Monjo to Lukla
You trek back to Lukla using the same route you came in on. Once you arrive, you say goodbye to your support crew and formally end the trek.

Lukla to Kathmandu
After a 30-minute flight back to Kathmandu, you have the whole day to explore Nepal's capital city and check out its various sites and attractions.

- Day 16
Kathmandu Leisure Day
This is a leisure day in Kathmandu with several options. You can arrange an early morning mountain flight to see Everest, or extend your adventure to nearby destinations like Chitwan or Lumbini. Other activities include rock climbing, hiking, biking around the Kathmandu valley, bungee jumping or rafting. This day also serves as a spare day in case of flight cancellations.
