Itinerary
- Day 1
Budapest
You'll arrive in Budapest at your own pace with room check-in starting at 3pm. This gives you the rest of the day to get settled and wander around on your own. If you're looking for something to do in the evening, there are ruin bars scattered throughout the city, or you could catch a classical music concert. An optional party boat cruise is also available if you want to get out on the water and meet other travelers.

Budapest
Grab breakfast and then join a guided walking tour at 10am where you'll see St. Stephen's Basilica, Elisabeth Square, Chain Bridge, the Danube Promenade, the Shoe Memorial, and the Hungarian Parliament Building. After lunch and some free time to explore on your own, you'll take a 1-hour scenic boat cruise along the Danube River. Your evening is open for checking out the city's ruin bars and nightlife scene, with an optional party boat cruise if you're interested.

Budapest to Vienna
After breakfast, check out and head to Vienna around 8am for approximately a 3-hour drive. Once you arrive, room check-in is available from 3pm. In the afternoon, you'll go on a guided walking tour covering the Opera House, Hofburg Palace, Parliament, City Hall, St. Stephen's Cathedral, and other main sights around the city. The evening is yours to explore Vienna's culture and nightlife at your own speed.

Vienna to Salzburg
After breakfast, check out and depart Vienna around 8am for Salzburg, which takes about 3 hours. The day is free for you to explore Salzburg however you like. You could visit Hohensalzburg Fortress or the Mozart Museum, or spend time at Augustiner Brau beerhall, which sits in a monastery setting with a nice outdoor garden and local European beers. When you're ready, you'll make your own way to your next destination.
