We had booked the "Golden Triangle in India to Nepal" from September 3rd - September 13th. The tour was supposed to finish in Nepal. As travellers who have travelled with both TourRadar and other tour guide companies in the past, we have never been so disappointed. The G20 Summit was happening in Delhi, India the weekend we arrived therefore not allowing us to fly out of Delhi to Nepal, with flights we had already booked and paid for. We then could not use our Nepal visas we had already paid for. We then had to re-book our international flights back to Canada from India instead of Nepal, which cost us an extra $1000.00. We are extremely frustrated as to why TourRadar allowed a tour to be booked during the week of the G20 with no flights departing to Nepal from Delhi during this time? We had planned for this trip a year in advance with Nepal being a dream destination of ours. Travellers who book with tour companies like this one rely on the guidance and direction of the company and locals in charge. Instead, I was the one informing the local guide that we were not able to fly out of Delhi therefore, the Nepal portion of our tour had to be cancelled. The fact that TourRadar allowed tourists from Canada to book this tour, and allowed "YOLO Tours" to operate a trip between India and Nepal during the week of the G20 Summit is completely unacceptable. Both of us were stuck in India until September 13th spending more currency, time and then getting sick. We had no intention to stay in India as long as we did with Nepal being a part of the tour we paid for. I have travelled the world and have never once run into such disorganization and confusion from a company. I had intended to travel with TourRadar again, as did my friends, but to feel hopeless and misguided somewhere as far as India as Canadians is upsetting and disheartening. We would appreciate an explanation as well compensation for the money we are now out due to TourRadar arranging a tour that was not feasible between India and Nepal. - JGJasper· December 29th, 2018In November our group of 6 toured India and Nepal with Yolo India Tours. We could not have been more pleased with the trip. It can be very scary to send thousands of dollars to a travel company you find online but Amit was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment we contacted him. Everything was perfectly organised throughout the tour right from being met at the airport at midnight to being dropped off for our on wards flights. We received absolutely everything that had been promised us. All the details on our itinerary were accomplished quite smoothly. Our guides and driver in both the countries were very professional. They showed up on time and knew where to take us for meals and shopping. We were travelling with two senior citizens and it was very convenient to have our own transport and to move on our own pace. Our guide change city to city but our driver Dhayan Singh in India was with us for a week in India. He was a gem couldn’t do enough to ensure our comfort. The transport was air-conditioned and he always had bottle of water. He said his goal was to keep us safe and second keep us happy and he did just that. Our driver Thapa in Nepal was also very friendly and professional. We will highly recommend Yolo India Tours if you are thinking of going India and Nepal. They are always quick to respond. The organisation of the tour was impeccable and it was well paced and not exhausting. India is one of the amazing countries we have visited.
