It’s actually 4 separate group tours . Size ranged from 6 to about 28 people. Halong Bay was beautiful. I enjoyed the Sapa trekking the best - our guide Sung was excellent. Support from Chris at Vietnam Tour Fun was terrific taking away any anxiety about pickup times and locations.

Hanoi - sensory overload, great street food, Halong Bay - Spectacular scenery, A photographer's dream Hue - Really interesting historically, motorbike tour of the suburbs unexpected and what a way to experience the Vietnamese traffic. Home visit, nice touch. Hoi an - The Morning Glory cooking school here was very professional and probably the main drawcard of this trip. They also ran an exellent restaurant. Saigon - A sobering experience with visits to the war relics museum and Cu Chi Tunnels. Lightened the mood with the water Puppets, oh how we laughed. Wonderful Mekong cruise - Very different again, watching life on the river, slower pace, great boat, fine food, bike rides, fun. (tip-don't ride in the rain with your passport in your pocket, AU imigration aren't impressed with water damaged photo ) But although the itinerary was amazing, our Trip Leader, Nam, took the experience to another level. He was able to seamlessly provide every one of our party with anything and any experience they wanted. We were constantly amazed by his capabilities. He was great and I thank Intrepid for providing his services.
