At the same time, we were feeling distressed to hear that the early starts, some hotel standards and buffet lunches did not meet your expectations. *(All tour operators like us offer "buffet lunches" in some areas.) * Please note that the tour you purchased was a regular group tour, * I would also like to state that we contact you every morning to ask how the tour was going. I was asking you from time to time if you liked today's tour. We were feeling distressed to write a comment here, you did not tell me anything at the time because we would have done our best to address these immediately. The list of hotels where you can stay is listed in the tour program (accommodation) section of tourradar.
