Your package included hotels, tickets, a guide in Athens with entry tickets, ferry tickets, and transfers. As for the hotels, you were informed one month in advance about the bookings we had secured for you, and at no point did you raise any objections. When you expressed dissatisfaction, we showed good will and, even at the very last moment, we refunded you part of the cost for the Athens hotel. In addition, you mentioned that the hotel in Santorini was perfect, so we cannot understand the harsh criticism regarding this. Regarding the guides, you had the option to select private guides and additional services, but you never requested this nor informed us that you wanted anything extra. As for the return tickets, you were aware of your flight time. If you had informed us that you wished to return earlier, there would have been no need to purchase new tickets on your own — we could have simply changed the time of your existing ones.
