Regarding the Sahara camp experience, you’re right—some camps in the region do offer air-conditioned tents, but these are part of royal-level packages, which come at a much higher rate. Your camp was part of the luxury tier without AC, but we’re glad the associated our hotel was able to accommodate you comfortably. As for entry fees and bottled water, these are indeed listed as not included in the tour price—as stated on the tour page under “What’s not included.” That said, we understand how, in the heat of Morocco, bottled water feels more like a necessity than an extra. Your comment is valid, and we’ll definitely explore ways to better support guests with hydration—especially during hotter months. Finally, we fully agree: having a private driver in Morocco is invaluable, and we’re thrilled you felt well cared for and safe throughout.
