  • Day 1

    Johannesburg to Khama Rhino Sanctuary

    Leave Johannesburg at 6:30 AM for your drive north into Botswana. You'll need breakfast and snacks for the long journey. At Khama Rhino Sanctuary you'll get your first real wildlife experience with white rhinos regularly visiting the natural waterholes.   • Days 2-4

    Okavango Delta Adventure

    Travel through the Kalahari to Maun, your jumping-off point for the Delta. Next morning take a 4WD to your mokoro (dugout canoe) starting point. Pack light in a daypack for two nights of tented camping. Your mokoro guide will take you through narrow reed channels where you can spot red lechwe antelope and kingfishers.
