We had an amazing tour with ForeverVacation! Our guide Peter was awesome. Super fun and knowledgeable. The elephants were unreal. It was really a once in a lifetime experience. We got to wash and bathe with the elephants among many other memorable moments. Highly recommend!
I booked the tour called " 8 Days Unforgettable Experience Bali - Nusa Penida". With tours and accommodation, the booking was around 600.00 GBP, but please be aware that if you are going solo, you will be charged an extra 200.00 GBP, as I was. It was never really stated that I would be going on a private tour, especially since the site says a maximum of 60 people. I believe the booking system could definitely be brushed up a bit. Arriving at the airport in Bali I had already received a message informing me that my friendly guide, Ketut was waiting for me. Arriving at the hotel, I found Serela Legian Hotel simple in its appearance but was pleasantly surprised with good location, having market and beach close by and the cleanliness. When I arrived, I was put in a room without a open window. I informed Ketut that I was not happy and was later told they have changed my room with balcony without my asking.The only thing when I move the room I remember just next day my pajama was forgotten below the pillows but not found anymore. Very disappointed! Throughout my trip, Diwira Travel was very responsive and quick to resolve any problems that had occurred. Even when I had forgotten my glasses at another restaurant, they were still delivered to me safely. Please be aware that, along with other reviews, on the parasailing day, I was told I could not parasailing as there was not enough wind, but in the end I got the chance to do it, so I suggest you remain adamant! All in all trip was amazing, I cannot stress enough how much this relied on my wonderful guide, Ketut. He was attentive, friendly, patient, kind and went above and beyond. He made my holiday that much better, thank you so much Ketut and Diwira Travel.

"Wonderfulholidays" is well-named. From the booking date to the final day of the tour, the communication with the company staff team was excellent. We requested a change or two before the tour began and that was quickly accommodated. As well, a team member (I think Sam), alerted us to a great hotel deal which we were pleased to take advantage of... as for around $100 CAD total, our last 6 nights hotel stay were upgraded to ocean view... a steal. Barbara, with some support from Penny, was our main contact on the day-to-day communication and updates on drivers/guides, pickup times, etc., as well as following up on the day's events. An impressive accomplishment! An emergency contact number was also always live and that was indicative of the care and attention built into the tour planning. We had a "wonderful" stressfree experience with an obviously talented and competent team.
