I was not thrilled with the way Trafalgar sets up their tours. On the first day in each city, we had a 1-2 hour bus ride just pointing out different sites. Then to actually visit most of the attractions in was an optional experience with an additional fee. I would have preferred to pay more up front and had all the important sites and activities included and not waste time just touring around on a bus.
