We arrived in Cairo and were met by out On The Go rep who briskly got us through Customs and into our transport to the hotel, so we were off to a good start. Next morning was our trip briefing with our guide, Egyptologist Momo. He promised a great experience in Egypt and he was certainly correct. He provided informative and clear explanations to all of the landmarks that we visited which gave a real insight into the history and culture of Egypt. We have travelled on several tours of this kind but Momo was our best guide. He often went out of his way to assist us in buying souvenirs at the best prices and providing snacks and lunches which weren't part of our package. Momo's personality and enthusiasm really helped our group of 32 people to really click and form some lasting friendships. He is a great ambassador for Egypt and anyone lucky enough to have him as a guide on their tour is very fortunate. Leigh & Karyn McC
The tour guides and concierges were Excellent! However, the tour company, Europamundo often took too long to reply to questions in the lead up to my departure. I really don't think I should have been receiving pertinent information like the country portal entry requirements when I was literally in the cab on the way to the airport. Furthermore, it turned out that my party of 2, were the only ones on the particular tour (Unforgettable Jordan & Cairo), so I really don't understand why there was such delay. We submitted l required documents and payments on time. Let me once a reiterate that our tour guides in Jordan and Cairo were OUTSTANDING, patient, knowledgeable, punctual and very professional.

Is it safe to travel to Egypt and Jordan?
Look, safety's a top priority in both countries and you'll notice plenty of security around the main tourist spots. Jordan's really stable and known for how welcoming everyone is. Egypt's had some challenges sure but most travelers especially those in organized groups feel totally secure. When's the best time to check out Egypt and Jordan?
