We traveled with our son and were hoping for something fun, culturally enriching, and totally stress-free — and Phoebe from UME Travel absolutely nailed it! She was super patient and always quick to respond, working closely with us to customize the itinerary exactly the way we wanted. We requested all 5-star hotels, and she took care of everything perfectly — even surprised us with a free upgrade to a spacious family room. Such a nice bonus! Our guide in Beijing, Lina, was so warm and knowledgeable. She really brought every site to life, and not just for us — our son was totally engaged the whole time too! On our last day in Beijing, she even gave him a little Great Wall souvenir as a parting gift — such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to our family. From exploring historical landmarks to having fun at Disneyland and Universal Studios, all while being so well taken care of by the team, this trip gave us memories we’ll treasure forever.
