We took tour with this operator in Jan with my family Everything was amazing and all was set upto standards from arrival until departure of our flights Food we had in one restaurant in Jumeira. Recommended by one of the guide was good and liked by family a lot In first attempt on airport didn’t see our paging but in same 5 minutes their team reached us on WhatsApp asking where we are which was very convenient Recommended

At the beginning we had some issues with the hotel, after traveling 10h+ from Berlin to Dubai we were tired and arriving to a hotel who cancelled your reservation was a unexpected, however I manage to contact the responsable of the company and after the first complicated night they knew exactly what were they doing, they compensate in so many ways the mistake and at the end we ended up being the happies with this trip, the hotel cold be better, but for the price is totally worth it.

We arrive to 35 degree weather and at the end of a 6 week tour. Glad we chose this as we did not have to change hotels everyday as Dubai was our main attraction. Also glad that we were driven everywhere to the places in the itinerary, communication was open and fast. We arrived early and was able to be picked up earlier too. We left in the late evening and they accommodated our drop off as well. The tours are individual and separate from each other and the main task of this tour is to organize the activities and ensure you are driven to and from these activities. I didn't mind that as we were happy to be "on our own" after being in a cruise and then a tour group 5 weeks prior.
