What people love about 2-week New Zealand South Island tours
- Big SouthAwesome tour of the south. Got to see some amazing places with some amazing people. The southern part of the tour was epic every single day. The only drawback was that the northern part of south (second week for me) was a bit light on the activity front.
- Summer Blast from Christchurch - Top rated by National GeographicGreat itinerary, fantastic tour leaders, wonderful food, and overall terrific experience. Not only were the tour leaders friendly, the trip was very well organized and ran very smoothly. It was very apparent that Flying Kiwi has worked hard to refine the workings of their tours to provide a terrific experience (custom trailer setup for cooking and storage, amazing meals, well selected camping sights in wonderful locations, and well organized schedules). I have been on many camping trips with other tour companies in other countries, but none compare with the excellent organization and often unique camping sites Flying Kiwi provided.
- Journeys: Discover New Zealand National Geographic JourneysThis was an excellent tour with a very knowledgeable guide (Jonno). We only had 6 people on the tour which allowed us to get to know each other very well over the 12 day tour. The tour bus was very clean and our driver/guide kept us entertained during the entire trip. All transportation (bus, flight, train & boat) were well coordinated and we never felt rushed. Our guide always made good suggestions for lunch and dinner and we often ate together as a group. Overall a good experience that I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to see the most of both North and South islands over a 2 weeks period.
