What people love about Hiking & Trekking Tours in South Italy
- Amalfi Coast Walking - Agriturismo
Some of the walks, in our opinion were not graded as they should be. they were marked as easy to moderate. We thought that we were reasonably fit and used to walking but found the first one on the itinerary hard going. The food on the farm was excellent, and an optional cooking day would have been welcome
- Local Living Italy—Amalfi Coast
This was my first hiking tour and I'm happy to say it exceeded all my expectations. It was exactly the type of holiday I wanted, hiking in beautiful scenery with good company and fabulous food. The food was absolutely fantastic - homemade and some homegrown. The hosts at our accommodations were wonderful and wend above and beyond for us. Our tour guide Elisa was perfect for this trip, she helped to make a great itinerary even better. She was very knowledgeable , accommodating and fun. The best kind any group can only dream of.
- Amalfi Coast Walking - Hotel Risorgimento
Tour was wonderful! TGuide: Gennaro Pisacane was with us the entire time and very accommodating to our days! he is a local form the area and is very knowledgeable! Tips for the beginner tour walker: do some shape-up before the trip of up & down stairs as there is many on your walks also don't skip the hiking boots! For long flight traveler see if you can get in the country before the trip start as the time change messes with you and you want to be ready! Our group of 12 from English specking country was Great and very encouraging! Pizza night was Good don't skip if you can. Tks!
