- 5/4 Iquitos Jungle Rainforest (Small Group)
Cucemba Lodge was relaxing in a jungle environment. Lodge is very rustic with limited power availability but a place to spend down time for yourself. Good menu limited too. Great daily eco-tours and jungle/river trips day and night seeing flora and wild animals - especially the pink and gray dolphins! Our guide, Nestor, is a very knowledgeable about plants, animals, indigenous communities and culture/history.
- 4 days Iquitos Amazon Jungle & Pink Dolphin Watching
Excellent! The staff at Avatar Amazon Lodge went above and beyond, and I was very satisfied. The manager, Rafael, was wonderful. My 9 year old said it was the best trip of his life. Our guide, Aldo, was very knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating. Highly recommended!
- 3 days Iquitos Amazon Jungle tour with Pink Dolphin watch
In general this tour was well organized and all happened according to the iternary as has been presented to us. The accommodation was at Avatar Lodge which was very good. The food was very tasty and more than enough. The staff ,management and guides were friendly and knowlegable. The rooms were comfortable and clean and free of "creepy crawlies" Cold water shower only, which seems to be the norm in Iquitos? The swimming pool was a life saver.
