Itinerary

Capoeira Class
You'll meet your guide at Point Windsor Leme Palace at 10:30 am to start a capoeira class. The session covers the history and cultural importance of this Brazilian martial art, then introduces you to the traditional instruments used. After warming up, you'll practice the moves and techniques with instruction before finishing with an actual game. By 12:30 pm, you'll be back at Point Windsor Leme Palace.
