- Day 1
Melbourne to Foster
Your adventure kicks off with a welcome meeting in Melbourne at 9 am. From there, you'll head down the Bunurong coast toward Wilsons Promontory and walk through the Lily Pilly Gully Boardwalk looking for emus, wombats and kangaroos in the temperate rainforest. Next you'll check out Squeaky Beach where the quartz sand squeaks as you walk on it, with granite boulders surrounding the area. By evening you'll reach Foster for an overnight stay.

- Day 2
Tarra Bulga National Park - Paynesville
This morning starts with the Corrigan Suspension Bridge Loop walk in South Gippsland wet forest and temperate rainforest, where tall myrtle beech trees connect to ancient Gondwana forests. You'll stop in Rosedale for lunch, then continue to Paynesville and take a ferry to Raymond Island. After that you'll walk the Raymond Island Koala Trail to see koalas and learn about their eucalyptus preferences and how they communicate.

Eden
You'll get a guided tour through Buchan Caves, exploring the Royal Cave with a local guide who explains limestone sculptures, calcite-rimmed pools, and the baroque stalactites and stalagmites that formed over thousands of years. After the tour finishes, you have free time to relax at your accommodation in Eden or explore the area on your own.

Eden
The Bilbaan Cultural Experience starts at Jigamy near the Keeping Place. Guided by Country Custodians, you'll walk through coastal bushland with sweeping ocean views toward the Pinnacles while learning about their connection to Country, Aboriginal community practices, and local plants and wildlife. The rest of your day is open to explore Eden at your own pace.

Merimbula - Jervis Bay
You'll start with an oyster tour on Pambula Lake near Merimbula, where a farmer teaches you about sustainable Sydney rock oyster farming and local geology, and you'll taste fresh shellfish. Later you'll have lunch at Merimbula Wharf Restaurant. Then it's on to Bermagui Blue Hole where you can walk down to the 50-meter seawater swimming hole with sapphire-blue water and viewing platforms. By evening you'll arrive in Jervis Bay for your overnight stay.

- Day 6
Jervis Bay to Sydney
Start the morning at Murrays Beach to see the white sand and calm turquoise waters of Jervis Bay. From there you'll walk to Governors Head lookout for panoramic views of the bay and Bowen Island. The long drive to Sydney takes you past the famous Sea Cliff Bridge, a 665-meter span over the ocean. You'll arrive in Sydney tonight and grab dinner with other travelers.

Sydney to Cessnock
Your second adventure stage begins with a 9 am pickup at your hotel. You'll walk through The Rocks with a local Aboriginal guide, exploring Hicksons Reserve, Campbells Cove and Cumberland Walk while learning about the area's history and First Nations connection to this land. You'll have harbour views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the CBD. After lunch, head north to Hunter Valley for a wine tasting with a sommelier discussing history and varieties. By evening you'll reach Cessnock for your overnight stay.

- Day 8
Cessnock to Port Macquarie
You'll travel north along the scenic coastal route and stop at Crowdy Bay National Park to hike the Diamond Head trail through forests of heath, paperbark and swamp mahogany. During the walk you'll see golden beaches and dramatic rock faces with sparkling quartz crystals, and if you're lucky spot whales, dolphins and kangaroos. Later you'll drive to your accommodation in Port Macquarie.

Port Macquarie to Coffs Harbour
Visit the Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie to meet volunteers and learn about their koala rehabilitation work. Then drive to Bellingen with free time and lunch options. After that, you'll head to Dorrigo National Park via the Waterfall Way, surrounded by lush sub-tropical rainforest that's a remnant of ancient Gondwanaland. You can visit the Rainforest Centre, walk the skywalk or explore the rainforest with your group.

A walking tour of Red Rock led by a local First Nations guide teaches you about Gumbaynggirr culture through stories, songs and native plant uses. You'll walk alongside The Solitary Island Marine Park Waterways and connect with Country through the Dreaming. Later you'll stop in Yamba for lunch and free time, then visit Byron Bay Lighthouse to look for dolphins, whales and other marine life.

Byron Bay
This is your free day in Byron Bay. You could get up early to catch the sunrise from Australia's most easterly point, or sleep in if you prefer. Hunt for cold-brew coffee at quirky cafes, take a beginner's surf lesson, join a guided sea kayaking tour of Byron Bay Marine Park looking for dolphins and turtles, or just hang out on the beach. Tonight grab a drink at one of the local pubs or bars.

You'll head to The Farm, a collection of micro-businesses on a working farm focusing on growing, feeding and educating through community farming, and grab breakfast there. Continue to Springbrook National Park and take a short walk to the Natural Bridge rock arch formed by waterfall force over a basalt cave. Spend the afternoon at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast for beach time before driving to Brisbane for your overnight stay.
