Madrid
You'll arrive at the airport and head to your hotel to get settled in. That evening, your Tour Director will take you and the other travelers to a local restaurant for a welcome tapas dinner, so you can start getting a feel for Spanish food and culture right away.

Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll take a guided tour through Madrid's key areas including the historic Barrio de la Morería and the Hapsburgs District. You'll see the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta de Alcalá. The tour also covers modern Madrid with Gran Vía, Castellana, the Salamanca district, and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. You'll try the famous chocolate with churros before having the afternoon free to explore on your own.

After breakfast, you'll drive toward Portugal and stop in Salamanca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you'll have time to walk around this historic university city on your own. Then you'll continue to Porto, an old European city situated along the Douro River estuary in northern Portugal and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Porto
You'll start with breakfast, then take a guided tour of Porto to see the Cathedral, Stock Exchange building, and Santa Clara Church. After that, you'll go on a scenic Douro River cruise and visit Port Wine cellars for a tasting. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your own pace. Later, you'll join other travelers for a traditional fado show with dinner.

Later you'll travel to Lisbon, crossing the Tagus River to Cacilhas for a seafood dinner at a local restaurant.

You'll travel back into Spain toward Andalusia, stopping first in Mérida, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its well-preserved Roman ruins like the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre. After exploring, you'll continue on to Córdoba, which was once the capital of the Caliphate.

Cordoba - Seville

After breakfast, you'll travel through Andalusian villages to Jerez, where you'll visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and then do a wine tasting at a local winery. You'll stop at LA Organic to learn about olive oil production and sample their oils. The rest of the day in Ronda is yours to explore freely.

- Day 12
Ronda - Gibraltar - Tangier - Tetouan
After breakfast, you'll leave Ronda for Gibraltar and visit On the Rocks with free time to explore. From there, you'll head to Algeciras to catch the ferry to Tangier, your first stop in Morocco. Upon arrival, you'll transfer to Tetouan, known as 'The White Dove,' whose Medina is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Then you'll participate in a hands-on couscous cooking class with local chefs followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you'll visit nearby vineyards for a wine tasting.

Then you'll continue to Marrakech, arriving in the late afternoon for dinner.

Following breakfast, you'll spend a full day exploring Marrakech. Next comes the bustling Jemaa el Fnaa Square where you can access the souks and medina. In the afternoon, you'll see artisanal guilds like woodworkers, potters, tanners, and spice merchants. Later, you'll visit a traditional riad for a tea ceremony led by a local expert, learning how to prepare Morocco's most cherished beverage.

After the tour, you'll transfer to Tangier port for the fast catamaran to Tarifa, then continue to Málaga, where you'll check in at your hotel.
