    Marrakech

    You'll arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport and head to your hotel by transfer. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and get your first feel for the Red City's energy and atmosphere.

  2. Day 2

    Marrakech

    A guide takes you through Marrakech's imperial history, walking through Bahia Palace with its ornate details, then over to the Saadian Tombs and Jardin Majorelle's botanical gardens. After lunch, you have free time to wander the souks, see the Koutoubia Mosque, or grab coffee at a café with a view of Djemaa el-Fna square.

    You'll drive across the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, seeing gorges and Berber villages along the way. Stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO clay village and film location, then continue to Ouarzazate as your base for the desert region.

    Follow the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs with its ancient earthen fortresses lining the route. You'll stop at Skoura Oasis, drive through the Rose Valley known for Damascus rose farms, and end at Dades Gorge where towering salmon-colored rock walls frame the landscape.

    Boumalne Dades - Merzouga Desert Camp

    Start early with a walk through Todra Gorge beneath its 300-meter cliffs. Head to Merzouga and then climb onto a camel for a trek into the Sahara dunes to catch the sunset. You'll spend the night in a traditional Berber camp with dinner and local music.

    Rise before sunrise to see the Erg Chebbi dunes light up. After breakfast, travel north through the Ziz Valley palmery and Midelt, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop near Ifrane, the alpine-style town, before arriving in Fes by evening.

    Leave Fes and head to Volubilis, a Roman archaeological site with preserved mosaics, archways, and classical ruins spread across the UNESCO grounds. Then drive into the Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, the blue-washed city, and spend the evening exploring the alleyways at your own pace.

    Chefchaouen

    You have the full day to explore Chefchaouen at your own speed. Wander through winding alleyways painted in shades of blue, find quiet squares and artisan shops, or hike up to the Spanish Mosque for views over the town. A café with mint tea works well too if you want to just sit and soak it in.

    • For any tour departing before January 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Morocco Luxury Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
