Itinerary
- Day 1
Panama City
You'll arrive in Panama City and get transferred to your hotel. After settling in from your travel, spend the rest of the day relaxing and getting comfortable with your surroundings.
- Day 2
Panama City
This morning starts with a city tour that takes you through the ruins of Panama Viejo. From there, you'll walk through historic Casco Antiguo and then cross over the causeway for views of the city skyline. Later you'll head to the Miraflores locks and visit the Panama Canal Museum to learn about the canal's history and operations.

Panama City to Boquete
Head to the airport for a flight from Panama City to David, then travel into the highlands toward Boquete. You'll take an easy countryside hike with a local English-speaking guide, and if you're lucky, you might spot a quetzal bird in the forest.

Bocas del Toro
Board a boat and travel through the mangrove forests to reach Coral Cay for snorkeling. After that, continue on to Isla Bastimentos, where you can check out Red Frog Beach. By afternoon, the boat brings you back to the main island.

You'll drive over the Cordillera de Talamanca heading toward Chiriqu Grande, then take a water cab to Isla Colon in the Bocas del Toro archipelago. The afternoon is yours to explore the town itself, head to Playa Bluff, or hop over to the neighboring island of Carenero.

The morning is free for you to rent bicycles and explore on your own, or take a water cab out to other islands. In the afternoon, you'll transfer to the airport for your return flight to Panama City and head to your hotel.
