- Day 1
Palermo
Your driver will meet you at Palermo Airport once you've cleared customs. From there, it's a transfer to your hotel in Palermo where you'll get settled in for the next few days.

Monreale
Start the morning exploring Palermo's historic center with a private guide. You'll walk through the local markets, see the Cathedral, and check out the Four Corners district. Later, you'll drive to Monreale where a guide takes you through the Arab-Norman Duomo. The golden mosaics covering the walls are from the 12th century, and you'll also walk through the Benedictine cloister on the grounds.

- Day 3
Palermo to Ragusa
This is a driving day from Palermo down toward Ragusa, but you'll have stops along the way. First, you'll spend time at the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento with a guided tour of those ancient ruins. After that, you'll head to Piazza Armerina for another guided visit before continuing to Ragusa later in the afternoon.

You're heading from Ragusa to Syracuse today by private transfer. On the way, you'll stop in Noto for a guided tour. It's considered one of Sicily's nicest towns, so you'll get to see what makes it special before heading on to Syracuse.

Syracuse
Your guide takes you through Syracuse's Archaeological Park of Neapolis in the morning, where you'll see the Greek Theatre, a Roman Amphitheatre, and the Ear of Dionysius carved into the rock. After that, you'll move to Ortigia, the old city center. There's the Cathedral, the Fountain of Arethusa, and various Baroque palaces to explore around the waterfront piazzas.

Syracuse to Taormina
After breakfast, you'll transfer from Syracuse to Taormina with a stop in Catania. Once there, you'll join a guided food market tour and try some Sicilian street food. Then you'll see Piazza Duomo with its Elephant Fountain and walk through the 2nd century Roman Theatre before heading on to Taormina.

This full day takes you up Mount Etna, one of the world's most active volcanoes. You'll drive through dramatic black lava fields and pass through old forests. Along the way, there are stops at viewpoints where you can see the different vegetation zones and colorful volcanic landscape change as you go higher.
