Corfu
You'll arrive in Kerkyra and get settled into your accommodation. This first day is about taking things slow and getting oriented. Wander around the streets at your own pace, checking out the local atmosphere and getting a feel for what the capital has to offer. Nothing too structured, just time to relax and adjust.

- Day 2
Corfu
This morning you'll explore Kerkyra on foot, walking through the narrow streets and taking in the different architecture around you. Head to the Old Town, which has UNESCO recognition for its mix of Venetian, French, and British influences. From there, check out the Old Venetian Fortress for sea views, then stroll along the Liston promenade. You'll see Saint Spyridon Church with its notable silver shrine, and if you're interested in local history, the Casa Parlante Museum shows what life was like in the 19th century.

Kerkyra to Benitses
Take a bus from Kerkyra down to Benitses, a coastal town where you'll settle into your studios. The rest of the day is yours to do as you like. Spend it on the sandy beaches, walk around the fishing village, or head out on hiking trails through the hills nearby. For dinner, try one of the local taverns for authentic Greek food.

- Day 4
Kanoni - Pontikonisi
Start with a morning walk along Moraitika Beach, which has a mix of sandy and pebbly areas. In the afternoon, catch a bus to Kanoni viewpoint, where you get views of Vlacherna Monastery and Pontikonisi island. You'll see planes coming and going from the airport nearby, and then take a short boat ride out to Pontikonisi to see the Byzantine chapel there. Grab lunch at Taverna Kanoni and enjoy the setting.

Achillion
You'll visit Achillion, the palace that belonged to Empress Sissi. It's one of the biggest landmarks on the island. Walk through the interior to see the frescoes, marble columns, and art collection, then spend time in the terraced gardens with their ancient statues and the famous Victorious Achilles statue. The views of the Ionian Sea from here are really good. If you want, you can also check out the French Military Cemetery or relax at Captain Jacko's beachside cafe.

- Day 6
Benitses to Kerkyra
Check out from Benitses in the morning and head back to Kerkyra while the weather's still nice. Once you're settled at your new accommodation, grab lunch at a local taverna. Later in the afternoon, take a boat from the Old Port to Vido Island. While you're there, you can visit the Serbian military cemetery or swim in the clear water. By evening, have a traditional Greek dinner and try pastitsada, which is a local Corfiot dish.
