Brisbane
Start with an orientation tour through Brisbane's historical buildings and modern skyline, learning about the city's convict history and cosmopolitan character. From there, head to Nyanda Waterhole Reserve where traditional Aboriginal owners will welcome you and share their culture. After that, you'll visit Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, which opened in 1927 and remains the oldest and largest koala sanctuary.

Fly to Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. Once you arrive, you'll get an orientation tour of the city followed by a visit to the Cairns Aquarium with 71 exhibits, animal presentations, and shark feeds showing the region's rare species from rainforest to reef.

Board a catamaran heading out to the Outer Great Barrier Reef, one of the Seven Natural Wonders. You'll head back to Cairns in the late afternoon.
