Itinerary
- Day 1
Colombo to Kandy
A driver picks you up from Bandaranaike International Airport and takes you to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where rescued elephants live and you can see them up close. From there, you'll head to Kandy and visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Buddhism's most sacred locations. Your hotel in Kandy is where you'll spend the night.

- Day 2
Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, you'll drive into the highlands toward Nuwara Eliya with a stop at Ramboda Falls to see the mist and butterfly activity. You'll visit a working tea plantation and factory to taste Ceylon tea fresh from the source, then check out Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple and the colorful Seetha Amman Temple. Later, you'll settle into your hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

- Day 3
Nuwara Eliya to Bentota
Breakfast comes first at your hotel, then you'll travel to the coastal town of Bentota. The Maduganga River Zone is on the agenda, an important wetland area with islands and islets where you'll see local wildlife. You'll have the evening free to relax on the beach before checking in to your Bentota hotel.

- Day 4
Bentota to Galle and back to Bentota
After breakfast, you'll take a short trip to the historic town of Galle and explore the fort, one of Asia's largest and still occupied, with its charming cobbled streets and views over the water. The Turtle Hatchery gives you a look at conservation work happening there. You'll have afternoon free time at the beach before heading back to Bentota for the night.

- Day 5
Bentota to Colombo
You'll head back to Colombo after breakfast with sightseeing along the way. The city tour covers Galle Face Green, Viharamahadevi Park, the National Museum, Parliament Buildings, and various religious sites. Free time allows you to shop at local markets and malls before checking into your Colombo hotel.

Colombo to Airport
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll get a transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure, or the operator can drop you at a Colombo or Negombo hotel if you have other travel plans lined up. Make sure to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight.
