Itinerary
- Day 1
Cappadocia
Start the day in Devrent Valley where you'll walk through the fairy chimneys and unusual rock formations scattered across the landscape. From there, head to Pasabagi to see the multi-stem rock pillars that make this spot different from other areas. Next, you'll stop at the pottery workshops in Avanos where craftspeople still use traditional techniques passed down from Hittite times, and you can watch them work. Grab lunch before moving on to Goreme Open Air Museum in the afternoon, where you'll see churches and monasteries carved directly into the rock with frescos still visible on the walls. By evening, you'll head back to your hotel to rest.

- Day 2
Cappadocia
This morning you'll trek through Rose Valley, one of the region's nicest valleys, and stop at rock-cut churches along the hiking path. After the hike, you'll rest in Cavusin, an old Greek village where you can walk around historic houses and churches from earlier centuries. Following lunch, head to Ortahisar Castle to check out the storage caves built into the rock. Later in the afternoon, go underground at Kaymakli Underground City, exploring the passages where early Christians lived centuries ago. On the return journey, stop at Pigeon Valley for views over the landscape, and you'll have the option to try local Cappadocia wine before heading back.
