Itinerary
- Day 1
Fukuoka
You'll land at Fukuoka Airport and need to get to your accommodation. Several options work depending on what suits you best and your budget. The subway runs regularly and is pretty straightforward if you know the basic system. A limousine bus is more comfortable if you have luggage and don't mind paying a bit more. Taxis are available too, though they're the priciest choice. Most people head to either Hakata Station or Tenjin, which are the main hubs in the city. Pick whichever transfer method feels right for you, then get settled in at your hotel.

Later in the afternoon, visit Fukuoka Tower, Japan's tallest seaside structure at 234 meters, and head up to the 123-meter observation deck with a cafe for sunset viewing.
