Itinerary
- Day 1
Olympos to Gokkaya Bay
Your sailing trip starts with a hotel pickup in Olympos at 10:00 AM or you can meet directly at Demry Harbour at 12:00 PM. Once you board the traditional Turkish gulet, you'll sail toward Turtle Beach where there's a real chance to see Mediterranean sea turtles in the water. The route takes you over Kekova, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with submerged ruins below, and then to Simena Castle where you can walk through the historic fortress and get good views of the coast. There's homemade ice cream at the castle, and after that you'll explore the fishing village and check out Pirate Cave. By evening you'll anchor at Gokkaya Bay for the night.

Gokkaya Bay to Firnaz Bay
This morning the gulet heads to Kas, a charming harbour town where you have free time to walk the cobbled streets, look through handicraft shops, and sit at local cafes. Most people grab lunch in town before heading back to the boat. In the afternoon, you'll join an onboard cooking class and learn how to make traditional Turkish cheese rolls and pancakes, then you'll eat what you made together. Later in the afternoon you'll set sail toward Firnaz Bay and anchor there for the evening.

Firnaz Bay to St. Nicholas Island
After breakfast on the gulet, you'll sail the longest stretch of the journey to Butterfly Valley. You can hike the trails there to find the different butterfly species that live in the area. From there you'll go to Oludeniz Beach and the Blue Lagoon, where paragliding is available from Baba Dag if you want to try it. The boat then moves to St. Nicholas Island where you can walk through ancient ruins and hike up to the top to catch the Mediterranean sunset before evening.

St. Nicholas Island to Fethiye
You'll sail back toward Fethiye with a stop at a nice bay for a relaxing lunch, giving you one last meal on the gulet while taking in the Mediterranean. The boat reaches Fethiye Harbour between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. You'll say goodbye to the other travelers and crew members, then head out to the airport for your flight.
