Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo to Siwa Desert Safari
You'll leave Cairo behind and head out to the Great Sand Sea for some serious desert time. Once you get there, dune bashing and sand boarding are on the agenda, which gets pretty adrenaline-fueled. Later in the afternoon, you'll settle in with Siwan tea and snacks while watching the sun drop over the dunes. By evening you'll be at your desert camp, which sits near a natural hot spring, so you can soak if you want.

- Day 2
Siwa Oasis
After breakfast at your hotel, you head up to the Mountain of the Dead and spend about an hour there. From there you'll check out the Temple of the Oracle of Amun to get some history about the place. Around midday you'll spend a couple hours swimming at Cleopatra's Pool, and fresh natural juice is part of that stop. To wrap things up, you'll see the Old Shali fortress before calling it a day.

- Day 3
Siwa to Cairo
You'll have breakfast and then spend your morning at the local city market picking up dates, olive oil, and handicrafts to take home. After that, you'll start the drive back to Cairo, which runs about 9 hours total. Two rest stops break up the journey, so you get chances to stretch and grab refreshments along the way.
