Itinerary
- Day 1
Panama City to Yani Island
You'll get picked up from your Panama City hotel between 5:00 and 5:45 am, then settle in for a 2.5 to 3 hour drive through the jungle heading to Cartí Port. Along the way, there are stops for spotting wildlife and picking up groceries. Once you reach the port, you'll board a lancha boat for about 30 minutes to get to Yani Island, pulling in around 10:00 am. From there, the day is yours to fill however you like - swimming, paddleboarding, trying out the ocean swing, or just hanging in hammocks if you'd rather take it easy. Lunch and dinner happen at the beachfront restaurant, so food's all sorted.

Yani Island to San Blas Islands to Panama City
Check out by 8:00 am and leave your luggage with the hotel if needed. You'll have a relaxed morning before heading out on an island boat tour after lunch. The tour stops first at Isla Misdup, where you get white sand and shallow water for wading around. Next up is the Natural Pool, a spot where you can stand waist-deep with sea stars all around you. After that, you'll head back between 3:00 and 3:30 pm for the journey home, rolling into Panama City around 7:00 pm.
