Itinerary

Rio de Janeiro
You'll arrive in Rio de Janeiro and head to your 4-star hotel to settle in. After getting yourself organized, the rest of the day is open so you can relax, grab dinner at your own pace, and get adjusted to the time zone.

Carnival
Start with breakfast, then meet your bilingual guide for a Rio tour that takes you to Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain. You'll have time back at the hotel before transferring to the Sambadrome at 6:00 PM. The main parade kicks off around 9:00 PM, though you can also check out Street Carnival celebrations happening around the city if you prefer something more casual.

Today you've got a free day to do what you want. Head to Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, or pick from optional activities available. If the Carnival parade appeals to you again, you can arrange another Sambadrome experience through the same service as yesterday.
