- SSuja· May 30th, 2024The tour guide must be fluent in English; on our last day, we received a Spanish-speaking person and were not sure what information was shared and where we were going in a strange land. The Novotel hotel rooms need modification shower need replacement. On our first day we received mixed confusing information bus driver did not show up and later on bus is broken down, Our tour was delayed for 2 hours. Need to have better communication and plan. Tour guide must come to the hotel early and inform and introduce the group This is a crowded place none of us has no identification tag, group has 60-75 people with one tour guide these things has to change. Bus toilet availability has to be improved. It will be great to inform travellers what to bring according to the weather conditions.Show more
