Customer Reviews
- Francesco· August 28th, 2025Overall, the tour was well organized and largely met our expectations. We visited the most relevant places, in line with the program of tour. However, in a couple of cities—particularly Los Angeles and Toronto—the hotels were located too far from the downtown areas, which was disappointing and reduced our ability to hang out in our free time. On a positive note, the hotel rooms were generally spacious and clean in any cities. We would have appreciated more walking tours to better experience the cities on foot. Instead, many of the excursions were panoramic, conducted primarily from the bus. While we understand that this format appeals to some travelers, we personally found it less engaging. Similarly, the scheduled stops at commercial shopping centers felt unnecessary. We would have preferred spending that time exploring downtown districts or visiting museums, which offer richer cultural insight. Lastly, we were the only non-Spanish speakers in our group. This occasionally led to communication challenges, as some tour guides tended to favor Spanish over English during explanations. While not a major issue, it did affect a bit the inclusivity of the experience.Show more
- Anthony· July 29th, 2025Was a good tour to SFShow more
- Linda· December 2nd, 2024There was never a formal introduction from the director nor an introduction of about the driver. Timings were vague and so one one person's twenty minutes was very different from anothers ..this resulted in wasted time waiting for people to arrive. Very little information was provided especially when a specific question was asked...ie: what is in the museum....? The response was ' nothing much'! Should have been an outstanding trip!!Show more
