Itinerary
- Day 1
Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
You'll arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and get picked up for the drive to Tulia Hotel in Arusha. The route takes you past Mount Kilimanjaro, so your guide will make a stop so you can see it properly. Before checking in, your guide walks through what's coming up during the safari. After that, you'll settle in for the night.

Landmarks Mount Kilimanjaro - Day 2
Tarangire National Park
Breakfast happens early, around 6:30-7:00 AM, then you're heading out for about a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Your guide will open the roof for better wildlife viewing as you work through the seasonal marshes and baobab trees scattered across the park. The elephant herds here are some of the largest in the region. Around midday you'll grab a packed lunch at Matete picnic site near the river, then spend the afternoon on another game drive before heading back to your lodge.

Landmarks Tarangire National Park - Day 3
Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll drive for 5-6 hours toward Serengeti National Park. There's the option to stop at a Maasai Village or Olduvai Gorge if you want, though these cost extra. Lunch comes as a packed meal at Naabi gate picnic area. From there, the game drive continues into the Serengeti's open plains. By evening you'll reach your tented camp for the night.

- Day 4
Serengeti National Park
You've got a full day of game driving in central Serengeti starting early in the morning. This area is ideal for seeing migratory herds, along with hippos and raptors like martial eagles. A picnic lunch box gets delivered to you at Retima picnic site. After another game drive in the evening, you'll return to your lodge.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park - Day 5
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Breakfast is at 6:00 AM, then you're off to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive down into the crater follows a steep, narrow road where the scenery shifts from forest to savannah pretty quickly. You might see the Big Five here (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard), plus warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and over 500 bird species. Morning game drive and picnic lunch happen in the crater, then you'll drive back up and head to your lodge in Karatu.

- Day 6
Lake Manyara National Park to Airport
Breakfast is at 7:00 AM and you'll leave around 7:40 AM for Lake Manyara National Park. The shallow, alkaline lake here attracts lots of birds and baboons. You'll also spot hippos, impalas, elephants, wildebeests, buffalo, warthogs, and giraffes moving through the fig and mahogany trees. After the game drive, you'll get transferred to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport to wrap up your safari.

- Arusha, Tanzania (The end of your safari will be marked by a drop-off to Arusha airport/ Kilimanjaro airport and if you have other thoughts, you can opt for a trip to Zanzibar to experience beaches holiday.)
